Step 1:  Damage analysis is transferred into a computerized estimate of repair costs. It is a line by line description of the repair process.
Step 2: Technician begins removing damaged parts from vehicle in order to gain access to damages that are hidden. Any additional damages are added to the estimate and parts are ordered. Step 3:  Vehicle unibody is measured and brought back to factory tolerances. Computerized measuring system is used to get accurate measurements.

Step 4:  Once structural repairs have been completed, exterior panels can be replaced. All metal finishing takes place before the vehicle goes to the paint department.
Step 5:  Paint preparation is a critical step in the refinishing process of every vehicle. All panels are prepared for paint, then primed and sealed to assure good adhesion when the final top color and clear coats of paint are applied. Step 6:  Minor imperfections are removed from the paint and the factory finish is duplicated.
Step 7  Step 8  Step 9 
Step 7: Technician begins installing all parts that need to be replaced and all parts that were removed in the repair process. Final trim pieces are put back on car. Step 8: Vehicle is cleaned and detailed. All repairs are checked and road test is performed. Step 9: Paperwork has been completed. The repair bill is explained to customer and any questions answered. The customer drives away
